Central Equatoria Business Union (CEBU) is a member trade organization, registered on the 22-December-2020, by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, under the Labour act 2017 in accordance with the provisions of section 5 read together with section 9 of the laws of the Republic of South Sudan, with Certificate number 47/2020.

The union draws its members from the six counties of the state, namely; Juba, Yei, Morobo, Lainya, Kajo-Keji and Terekeka with an opened ordinary membership to institutions of interest.
