framework for the Central Equatoria Business Union (CEBU) in its role as a forum

2. OBJECTIVES
The Growth and Development Policy of CEBU is guided by the following objectives:

economic growth, job creation, and poverty reduction in South Sudan.

b. Support entrepreneurship and innovation: Encourage and support
entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity among businesses, to drive economic
diversification and competitiveness.

c. Enhance business environment: Advocate for policies and reforms that improve
the business environment, including regulatory frameworks, infrastructure
development, and access to finance.

d. Capacity building and skills development: Facilitate capacity building programs, training, and skills development initiatives to enhance the competitiveness and
productivity of local businesses.

e. Foster collaboration and networking: Facilitate collaboration, networking, and
knowledge sharing among businesses, both within South Sudan and internationally, to
foster growth and development.

3. BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES
CEBU will provide a range of support services to businesses, including:

a. Information and advisory services: Provide businesses with access to relevant
information, market intelligence, and advisory services to support their growth and
development.

b. Access to finance: Facilitate access to finance by connecting businesses with
financial institutions, assisting in the preparation of business plans, and promoting
alternative financing mechanisms.
