Code of Conduct Policy


1.0 Introduction
This document outlines the Code of Conduct Policy for Central Equatoria Business
Union (CEBU), a forum for businesses in South Sudan. This policy provides

professional behavior, promoting this policy, and dealing with violations.

5.2 All members, employees, and contractors are responsible for understanding and
adhering to this policy, and for reporting any suspected violations.

6.0 Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective. Changes may be made at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal
requirements, or societal expectations.

7.0 Breaches of Policy
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of
membership or employment, legal action, and/or reporting to law enforcement
authorities.
