Human resource management policy


1. Introduction
This Human Resource Management and Policy outlines the principles, procedures, and practices that CEBU will follow in the management of its human resources. It is
designed to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with the labor laws of South
Sudan.

2. Purpose
The policy aims to establish a clear and coherent framework for managing human
resources that supports CEBU’s strategic objectives and promotes workplace fairness, respect, and diversity.

3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers and contractors of CEBU, including
full-time, part-time, temporary, and casual staff.

4. Recruitment and Selection
CEBU is committed to a fair and transparent recruitment process. Job vacancies will
be openly advertised, and candidates will be selected based on their skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role. 5. Compensation and Benefits
